Becoming a teacher is no longer the ambition of many young people …

„It appears that becoming a teacher is no longer the ambition of many young people. The causes for this are many and varied, but include, poor pay rates in comparison with other graduate careers, long working hours and the need to take work home, difficulties with parents, who often do not support teachers in the disciplining of children, lack of sufficient financing of education to improve lives of teachers and school leaders and deal with the needs of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) children and the deterioration in England and some other countries, in the behaviour of young children.“
